We have put together the payment process for the convenience of our customers.
It is easy. At CMA we first send you an invoice. Ordinarily we will send you an invoice during the last week of the month, and you will pay during the first week of the new month, preferably on the first day.
This invoice will arrive from the ‘finance@courageousminds.co.za‘ email. If you do not see it, it is probably on your spam or junk email folder. Search it from there and mark it as ‘Not Spam’ in order to receive it on your inbox the next time.
The invoice ordinarily arrives with a statement.
The invoice looks like this:
At the bottom it will show you the bank account, like this (the bank account shown here-below is the actual CMA Bank Account):
To pay, all you need to do is do an ‘Electronic Funds Transfer’ (EFT) to the CAM’s bank account. It does not have to be an immediate payment. Alternatively, you can deposit cash from the ATM onto the CAM Bank Account. We strictly discourage cash payments. They put both you an us at risk of crime.
Use the name of your child as a reference.
